She remembers her very first transaction with fondness—a milestone that shaped her approach. “I’ll never forget my first transaction with an older couple who lived just five minutes from me,” Brittany shares. “They had been in their home since it was built and had such a deep, emotional connection to the house and everything inside it.” Brittany took time to understand what mattered most to them. “During escrow, I visited them several times — we looked through old photos together, and they shared stories about raising their kids in the neighborhood.
