Meet the Team: Clint Whiting

Meet Clint Whiting, our preferred Agent Partner with Wedgewood Homes! Clint Whiting is a Real Estate agent based in Las Vegas, Nevada, with 19 years of experience in the real estate industry. We spoke with Clint to learn about what drives his passion for real estate, why he decided to partner with Wedgewood Homes, and how his unique industry background has helped him meet the needs of his clients. 

Clint’s passion for Real Estate is fueled by the opportunity to help buyers obtain their goals and provide them with solutions to various real estate matters. Whether his clients are first-time homebuyers searching for their dream home or an investor building their portfolio, Clint shared that through his innovative approach and resourcefulness, he is able to guide clients through their options so they feel comfortable and confident about making a decision. In addition to his vast real estate knowledge, Clint also has a background in construction, which his clients have found to be added value when working with him. His vast experience in construction remodeling has allowed him to give clients a fresh perspective and insight when faced with inspection and repair questions. 

Clint became familiar with the Wedgewood Homes name through a local lender. After connecting with the team, he began his partnership with Wedgewood Homes in September of 2022 and has enjoyed working with Wedgewood Homes ever since.
