Referral Program Terms & Conditions
Eligibility effective as of July 1, 2025
1. Eligibility
Open to U.S. residents aged 18 or older. Licensed real estate agents, brokers, or individuals acting in a professional real estate capacity are not eligible. No self-referrals.
2. Referral Reward
Referrers will receive a gift card for each eligible referral resulting in Wedgewood Homes successfully purchasing the referred property. Wedgewood Homes reserves the right to issue the gift card as an eGift card or deliver a physical card by mail.
3. Referral Submission
The referred homeowner must mention the referrer’s name during the initial phone call with Wedgewood Homes or on the cash offer form submission. Failure to mention the referrer’s name at this stage may result in disqualification of the referral.
4. Reward Conditions
Rewards are issued only after the successful closing of the property purchase by Wedgewood Homes.
Wedgewood Homes reserves the right to verify the eligibility of both the referrer and the referred homeowner before issuing any reward.
5. Exclusions
Properties already under contract with Wedgewood Homes or previously submitted by another referrer are not eligible. Employees of Wedgewood Homes and their immediate family members are not eligible.
6. Program Modifications
Wedgewood Homes may modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect rewards for referrals already submitted and under consideration.
7. Disqualification
Wedgewood Homes reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, unlawful or unethical behavior.
8. Legal Compliance
This program is void where prohibited by law.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the referral program, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
